I'm an experienced psychotherapist offering a wide array of clinical interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can help you respond to negative emotions in a more productive way, reducing distress through research-based coping strategies. EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) is particularly helpful for individuals who have experienced traumatic events, as it allows you to process experiences that may be too distressing to talk about in detail. EMDR is a relatively new psychotherapeutic tool but has been shown to be effective for PTSD in dozens of clinical trials. I'm certified in both Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. ​
