Clinical Supervision

I am a board registered clinical supervisor in Oregon through both the BLSW and OBLPCT, as well as through the BBS in California.

 

I provide structured supervision for associates seeking licensure. Services include weekly or bi-weekly sessions focused on case consultation, clinical skill development, ethical decision-making, and professional identity formation. Supervision emphasizes the application of clinical values, adherence to the NASW Code of Ethics, and compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules. I support developing clinical competencies across assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention, while also addressing self-care and use of self in practice.
